Crunchyroll has announced the release of an English dub for the first two episodes of the Tougen Anki: Nikko Kegon Falls Arc television anime. These episodes are now available for streaming on the platform. The announcement did not specify the English dub cast.

The Tougen Anki: Nikko Kegon Falls Arc anime, based on Yura Urushibara's Tougen Anki: Legend of the Cursed Blood manga, premiered on television in Japan on October 2. It began streaming outside Japan on October 2 at 25:00 JST (effectively October 3 at 1:00 a.m.).

Plot Details and Previous Arcs

The new arc follows Shiki and his classmates from Rasetsu Academy as they continue to grow stronger after surviving battles in Kyoto and Nerima. However, Yaoroshi rejects Mudano's teachings on friendship and leaves the academy, drawn by Oni Brigade General Hayate Todoroki's goal of eradicating the Momotaro. When Shiki discovers that the Oni Brigade's methods target even non-combatants, he pursues Yaoroshi with Mudano and other students.

Their journey takes them to Nikko, where Kegon Falls has ceased to flow, and a large research facility conducting "horrific experiments" has been established. The Tougen Anki anime first debuted in July 2025, with the "Nerima Arc" beginning in October 2025.

Global Streaming Availability

The anime is available for streaming outside Japan on a wide range of platforms, including Crunchyroll, Netflix, Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus, and others. Prime Video offers the series worldwide except in Japan and Mainland China, while Netflix streams it worldwide outside of Japan. Crunchyroll is also providing an English dub for the series.

A companion mini-anime titled Onimomomomo has also been released, with episodes accompanying the main series weekly. The anime is directed by Ato Nonaka at Studio Hibari, with Yukie Sugawara writing and supervising the scripts.
