This policy explains what WeebMeta (https://weebmeta.com) collects and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Newsletter email address — only if you subscribe. We use it to send the digest you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to delete your address at any time.
- Aggregate reading statistics — we count how many times an article is opened so we can show trending content. This count is not tied to you personally.
- Server logs — standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) kept briefly for security and debugging.
Cookies and local storage
We store your theme preference (dark or light) in your browser's local storage. We do not set advertising cookies. Embedded media (for example YouTube videos) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Email addresses are only shared with the provider that delivers our newsletter.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
