A manga adaptation, featuring artwork by Kanoka Tana, was also published by Futabasha from January 2023 to May 2025, concluding with four volumes. The series has previously been adapted into a live-action film titled *Once Upon a Crime*, which was released in 2023 and is available for streaming on Netflix.

Cast Additions and Production Staff

Six new cast members have been announced for the anime. Takuya Sato will voice Jill, Atsushi Tamaru will voice Antonio, Motoko Kumai will voice Rodrigo, and Kotaro Nishiyama will voice Paolo. Sakiko Uran joins the cast as Thumbelina, with Ryoko Shiraishi providing narration. These new additions join previously announced cast members Yume Miyamoto as Red Riding Hood and Akira Sekine as Pinocchio. The anime is directed by Itsuro Kawasaki.
