The Apothecary Diaries Season 3 Trailer Reveals Eve Ending Theme Song

Fans of The Apothecary Diaries can look forward to the third season, which is set to premiere on October 2. A new trailer for the season has been released, offering a glimpse into the challenges that lie ahead for the characters Maomao and Jinshi. The trailer also revealed that the ending theme song for the series will be "AIYOU" by Eve.

Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will stream The Apothecary Diaries Season 3 as it airs in Japan, providing international audiences with timely access to the new episodes.

Production and Release Schedule

The third season is directed by Akinori Fudesaka at animation studio OLM, with Wataru Nakagawa serving as assistant director. Norihiro Naganuma is handling the series composition, while the scripts are penned by Yuko Kakkihara, Misuzu Chiba, and Hitomi Ogawa. Character designs are by Yukiko Nakatani, and the music is composed by Satoru Kosaki, Kevin Penkin, and Arisa Okehazama.

The first cour of The Apothecary Diaries Season 3 is scheduled to premiere on October 2. The second cour will follow in April 2027. Additionally, an original film based on the series is slated for release on December 11.

The anime is based on the original light novels written by Natsu Hyuuga and illustrated by Touko Shino, published in Japan by Shufunotomo under their Hero Bunko imprint. For English-speaking audiences, J-Novel Club publishes a digital version of the light novels, while Square Enix provides a print version.
