A Plus Japan has revealed that the anime series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, often known as Tensura, will be featured in a crossover event with Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. This announcement coincides with the game's first anniversary celebrations and the reveal of its fourth season. While specific details regarding the content of the crossover are currently limited, the announcement included an image displaying the logos of both the game and the anime.

This collaboration marks the third of three previously teased events for Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. The first event was a crossover with Shangri-La Frontier, which took place in April 2026. Following that, the game's third season update included a collaboration with Fairy Tail. The Tensura crossover is part of a broader set of updates for Blue Protocol: Star Resonance's first anniversary and fourth season.

Game Updates and New Content

In addition to the crossover announcement, A Plus Japan provided a calendar outlining other upcoming content for Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. Players can anticipate a new area named Montegnor Valley, along with the introduction of new story chapters. The Phantom Factor Cap will also be increased, and new challenges are expected to be added to the game. Further events mentioned include Dawn to Dusk Wishes, the Seabreeze Festival Celebration, and Starlight Fireworks.

What to Expect from the Crossover

While the announcement did not specify the exact nature of the Tensura crossover content, such events often introduce in-game elements based on the collaborating series. This could potentially include cosmetics or other items inspired by characters from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, such as Rimuru Tempest and Shizue Izawa, or elements drawn from their adventures within the anime, light novel, and manga series.
